| Try the NE544 IC that was supplied by Signetics/Phillips/Ideal Semiconductor. This was used for years to make R/C servos. Real easy to use. Another was Mitsubishi M51660L. Novak and Futaba used it their ESC's and servos. New Japan Radio also sold a servo IC (NJM2611) Digikey distributed their line at one time. The ZN409 or ZN419 servo IC was als sold at one time. |
