Need help with westamp 30059 servo driver board needs its connection or circuit diagram for interfacing. Please help.

Do you just need the hook up for the connectors? as I could type it over, otherwise if you need specific information I could copy a page or two, the schematic is not all that good because parts are conceptual drawing, parts show individual components.
I also have the Motorola cross ref for the output transistors if they ever go.
It is a service manual for the A651 series, but it looks the same.

The connections as folows
J1
Pin 1 - signal input (auxiliary)
Pin 2 - signal input (standard)
Pin 3 - Signal input (tach)
Pin 4 - Signal common
Pin 5 - current sense output
Pin 6 & 7 Limit switch overtravel
Pin 8 Electronic shut down indication output
Pin 9 - Common for pins 6,7 & 8
Pin 10 - Positive 15vdc Bias for external use
Pin 11 - common bias
Pin 12 - minus 15vdc bias for ext use
Connector J2
Used for external programmable current limit
Connector J3
Pin 1 - Pos 15vdc supply input
Pin 2 - common
Pin 3 - neg. 15vdc supply input

J4 Right to Left
Pin 1 Pos power supply
Pin 2 Pos Power supply

Pin 4 Neg Power supply
Pin 5 Neg Power supply

Pin 7 Pos Motor Power
Pin 8 pos Motor Power

Pin 10 Neg Motor Power
Pin 11 Neg Motor Power

Thanks for the connection can u guide me how to test the board how to make servo move forward or reverse control speed. what do these signal input do standerd / aux / tach, I asume tach is input from tacho genrator.

The motor and DC power hook up to J4
The minimal signals for movement is a ±0 to 10vdc signal between J1 pin2 and J1 pin 4
You can use a battery box and potentiometer.
The motor tach goes to J1 pin 3 and J1 pin4.
You also need a ±15vdc power supply to feed J3 Pin1,2,3
If the motor runs away, swop the tach leads over.
I think the board is marked with the pin number on the connectors.

1.turn on power first operater, or reset power => motor can spin !
but second operate => motor can't spin !

2.front panel display "0000"

3.J4
Pin 1 Pos power supply ---|
Pin 2 Pos Power supply |
Pin 4 Neg Power supply |--> have power
Pin 5 Neg Power supply ---|
Pin 7 Pos Motor Power ---|
Pin 8 pos Motor Power |
Pin 10 Neg Motor Power |--> no power
Pin 11 Neg Motor Power ---|

4. motor start capacitance is ok

westamp servo amplifier model no.30059 ==>how much ?

Personally I would not bother trying to repair them, they suffer from 'Component aging', I replace them with A-M-C as they fail, size depends on motor and what DC supply you are using.
See my post #10 for trouble shooting.
