I have an Industrial Hobbies mill and I'm going to retrofit it for CNC. I want to get some nice DC servos for it, and run them with Gecko's. But I can't seem to find any DC brushed servos, mostly AC brushless. I was looking at some on http://www.cadcamcadcam.com/index.as...TS&Category=11, but I think these might be a little underpowered. I don't really know. I want decent rapids, like 150 to 200, but mostly plenty of cutting force, as I'll be machining steel and other hard metals. If anyone can point me in the direct of nice DC servos that work with Gecko's, I'd appreciate it! |

| Scratch that, I found the link. If anyone else is having problems. Click on the home page, then CNC Store on the top link. Couldn't find that link on some pages. Either way, thanks for the extra source Mariss. |
