mazak m4 fr-sf-2 spindle controller

Have a mazak m4 with an fr-sf-2-18.5 bcg spildle controller.Getting alarm 89(over voltage)intermittently when spindle decelerates.Does anyone know of a common failure in the controller that may cause this problem.
