I DO ONE OFF PROTOTYPING AND NOW AT A STAND STILL, not sure where to start with this. No alarms on the pc controller. Just a flashing alarm on the servo amplifier. SONY NU20/30CONTROLLER MITSUBISHI SERVO MR-J2-20A1, SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN, DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE SERVO AMP, OR? HOW WOULD I RESET THE PARMETERS, where to start. GETTING ALARM A.37 on the servo amp MITSUBISHI WEBSITE SAYS A. 37 Parameter/ error Parameter setting is wrong. 1. Servo amplifier fault caused the parameter setting to be rewritten. Change the servo amplifier. 2. Regenerative brake option not used with servo amplifier was selected in parameter No. 0. Set parameter No. 0 correctly Last edited by BALLISTIKIDD; 10-01-2011 at 10:22 PM. |

| First re load the servo Drive parameters, check the any mechanical jamming etc in the related axis , If you are applying any additional brake check that also and if problem persist feel free to communicate over prabhatmishra@gmx.com |
