I have a custom spindle that is servo based. If I start the spindle at 500 RPMs I can step it up to 1000 RPMs and have it run well. However, if I try to start it at 1000 RPMs it simply jerks. I have geck320 servo drivers being controlled by a true logic board. The machine was running nonstop from July 5th to last week when the problem suddenly arose. |
