Identify this servo driver??

Hi Everyone,
I bought a bunch of these little servo driver boards at NAMES many years ago. If I ever had a spec sheet, I have since lost it.

Can anyone identify the manufacturer or, even better, provide specs? In particular, the motor current and voltage?

I guess what I have is the earlier version of what the guys are selling now.

IMservice- totally makes sense - I remember those guys now.

And it must have been at Cabin Fever, not NAMES where I met them.
