Dear friends, i want to retrofit my Cincinnati Acramtic 850. presently it having triple axis analog drive PCB -A20B-1001-0770/04B 0129. and model AC -H402. it is having AC red cap servomotors A06B-0501-B201 #7073 model :10 No:C89XA0683 12NM 11A 144V 2000rpm 8 poles and mentioned pulse coder. first i tried to interface this Servo drive with my ADTECH 4840 cnc controller. But i dont know the pindetails of this Servo drive. and i dont know this is analog are digital drive. it is having CN1, CN5, CN6 connectors. so now i am planning to get CNC and drives from ADTECH. so i have to retain my servo motors. i am not having the pulse coder connection details . if some one sent this servo motor connection details it will be greatful for me. |

Hi, thank you for your replay. i am trying to interface my ADTECH cnc with fanuc A20B-1001-0770 pcb . but i dont know the if this board is analog or digital. because ADTECH CNC CN1 out put is Pulse type command. in the Fanuc servodrive , it is having, DAC OUTPUT 0 , DA0 VELOCITY OUTPUT 0 , VOC0 what kind of output is this, Analog, Digital or pulse? can fanuc drives accept pulse signals via CN1? i attached the Fanuc board details and ADTECH CN1 connector details. in my hand i am not having Exact pinout details for fanuc CN1 connector, so i need help in pinout details. in manual not clearly mentioned but, DA0, DAC OUTPUT 0 VOC0, VELOCITY OUTPUT 0 A0,ENCODER-0 A B0,ENCODER-0 B Z0, ENCODER-0 [INDEX MARK] CN6 , AND CN1 CONNECTOR IS CONNECTED IN SAME PLUGE IN NC UNIT Regards, keyan |

| Help, Hi all, I'm trying to make a multi-purpose X-Y-translation table from an old Matsuura milling-machine. It has a Fanuc-11M controller. My goal is to change to a controller which I program with MACH3. To do so I only need the X and Y servo motors and drives. They are the following: servo-drives: (velocity control unit) A06B6047H303 Does anyone have a schematic of the servo-drive (or PCB)? Or a pin-out of the CN1 (FANUC 11M) connector of the PCB? Any information that can help me is also appriciated. I'm hoping that a simple +/-10V signal is sufficient for driving the servo's (if only I knew which pins to use of the CN1 connector). All further IO (encoder/limit-switches) can directly go to the controller. Greetings, Jaques |
