| Hello all, We developing a new machine for wire striping, in that we uses three servo motors from the TECO ( JSMA ), Even we done all work and the machine was stripping well, We face a problem while we intend to increase the speed. In certain speed whole mechanism cause vibrates. Here i like get some suggestions from the experts. ![]() What is load inertia ratio? (if its ratio between inertia of load and the inertia of motor, How can i calculate for my mechanism (rack and pinion)) How to run smooth in higher rigidity. If any body works with the TECO drives, please share some suggestions. ![]() Thanks
