Need Help!- Omron Servo tuning

Hello All,

I`m finishing my 3rd router now. Steel frame, servo powered this time. And after I started trials, one problem raised - X axis vibration /resonance.

I have checked mechanical part of the router - it`s moving freely and very easily. You can feel vibration only at 700-1200 mm/min feeds. (27-47 IPM). At lower/higher feeds vibration is not visible. Router can move at 480 IPM max.

Servo motors/drives are Omron 100W - R88D/R88M. I have com port cable and Win MON software. Problem is that there are too much variables that can bee changed. I`m mechanical guy, so all these GAINS and loops are too complicated for me. I have attached screenshot with all parameters. Anybody know which should I change to have some effect?

Try CN-04 at 30 or 40 instead of 80.

Thanks for suggestion - I`ll try this tomorrow.

It turned out, that instead of lowering, I had to increase Cn-04. 350Hz almost completely removed vibration on X axis. I hope to borrow operator panel then I can initiate autotuning - hopefully this will completely eliminate vibration.
