Hi all, I have a machine that uses electrocraft e-586 motors and im really not sure what i should set my max current value at, im running a supply voltage tot he drives of 63v, here are the motor specs i found after searching cont. stall torque 29 oz-in pk torque 240 oz-in Max terminal voltage 60 max rpm 6000 inertia .0052 0z-in-sec^ tach 14v/1000rpm armature ind. 3mH Any help would be greatly appreciated. | The Kt (torque constant, 0z-amp) for that motor is ~10. Check out the Emerson explanation for calculating the current settings. http://www.emersonct.com/download_us...es/ctan146.pdf Al.
