Need Help!- Any one know what kind of motor this is?

Hi, please could someone help me with this motor?

It is part of a large ex military satellite dish with a large hollow shaft, 150mm diameter, with twin resolvers, The whole dish is 110v but the motor wires are disconnected and there is no other hardware......





Any Ideas what drive i need to get it going?

looks like our Kollmorgen Inland DC brush motors. often used for antenna direct drive apps, often used to use dual resolvers geared differently to get absolute feedback. brushes like those spring loaded ones often were not very high voltage. I noticed a ser no on part of the bra (brush ring assembly). is there a motor part no too? often the motor part no is on the edge of the motor armature so u might remove the bra to see if it is marked; if so I can send u full specs.

drive to run it will be a resolver feedback dc brush drive, which is getting harder and harder to find. so u can add an encoder or there may also be a brush tach on the other end of that motor. or we have run dc motors with resolver feedback with our newer ac servo drives too.
