error 300610-25201

[aliaskary]

motor that we used is tecnai type lyra x2-400 is for TECNAI company

control system is 840D is for Siemens company

drive is 6SN1118-0DG23-0AA0 is for Siemens company

encoder used is ron-285-18000pules-heidenhain

step we goes is as followes:

1- we installed encoder and motor

2- exchanged md1016 to 0& save and nck reset ….

3- exchanged md1017 to 1& …..

4- moving motor as manually.

and now our problem:

motor is not rotate and we have over current on the motor md1017 , don’t accept any number

and we see this alarm:
