    Sevo motor with omron drive

    Hi all

    I just see from yunkyard a unit servo drive with motor

    Omron R88D SR10 from a death Cnc Wire , Please advice for my stupid question , Can I use this for DIY a new CNC ? I just know this better than step motor but I not know how can I do and how can I control this . Step motor , I just know a little bit. Thank all

    They would be great if you have the motors that go with the drives, & they can be set up for postion control, Then you can use step/dir software to control them, Like Mach3 Etc
