Help!! Yaskawa AC Servo Drive

Hi,
I have a used set of Yaskawa AC Servo Drive & Motor CACR-HR15BBY81 and some cables came with it, I'm hooking it to my breakout board Step, Dir, and Com, can anyone provide a wiring diagram?
