Tsugami lathe conversion

Hi, I have a couple of TSUGAMI PRECISION lathes (similar to Hardinge HC chucker) that I want to convert over to CNC controls. Any recommendations on servo power needed ?? I have been looking at Keling nema34 Ac drives. I looking for for fast rapid speeds. Any input is appreciated.
