Hello I have 3 100 MaxAx Servo drives on a Cincinnati Arrow 500. Tin the manual for the drives it mentions that the servo drives can be ran on single phase if a derating factor is acceptable. My question is if the spindle drive could do the same thing? The spindle drive is SpindAX. The incoming voltage requirements are 380-460V 3 phase. My thought is the spindle drive like the servo drive rectifies the 3 phase in to DC so then maybe the Spindle drive could also run on single phase with a derating factor too. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks, Paul |

| professor The problem I see with the spindle drive is the 380/460 Volt, this can not run on 220volt single phase, you would have to have a step up transformer, 220volt single phase to the 380/460 volt to make it work
