Hello, I have a traub TNS 42 with the mentioned dc drive. Recently one of the boards got burnt, the one with the big transformer on it (C98043-A1001-L) and after I got an other one I have the problem that the motor won't spin if I program a speed higher of 100 (one hundred) rpms. I believe it is just and adjustment of one of the many potentiometers on either the board on the top or the lonely potentiometer on the second board. After I program a speed higher than 100 rpms I see a led light up on the second board and the text underneat says NETZ UEB If anyone has the information for these adjustments it will be really appreciated. Thanks jolulank |

Fortunately I bought a engineering german translation dictionary so that will be a lot of help. The old board does not have any potentiometers or adjustments whatsoever, so I guess the adjustments are made from the top card and that is the reason why I could not use the values of the old card. I know I have to disconnect some cables and the make the adjustments but I do not know which ones. But hopefully your file will help me. Thanks again jolulank |
