Need Help!- Yaskawa SGDH drive (custom model Y49)

Hi

I have problem with Yaskawa servo SGDH+JUSPNS200+SGMAH (custom model Y49).

I need to disconnect module JUSP-NS200 for control drive by +/-10V (V-REF). But without this module, motor is not running (V-REF control) and jog mode doesn’t work also. In this case only one jerk then stop, then error A.91 (overload) after 30-60 sec.

With this module drive running in jog mode very good, but impossible to control by +/-10V (V-REF). And all of signs on display is blinking (“66”, “run”)

I couldn’t find documentation for module JUSP-NS200 anywhere.

And what is the different between standard model and my custom model Y0049?

Have you tried FN14 for the Option Initialise followed by FN06 Traceclear then power down?
