DISASTEROUS RESULTS The spindle drive a Yaskawa 626 mt3 has been damaged!and the tool change invertor destroyed , not sure if axis boards are ok or not? computer fires up display is showing error codes 366 112 servo error error 366 is refering to servos and PG , but not sure if this is because the spindle servo is damaged or if axis boards are damaged? can it be repaired? are there spares available? if not is any one interested in a scrap machining centre? paul |

| Hello, Don't worry, i would like to buy your damaged machining centre Just kidding. By the way, dont worry about your machine, electric boxes always have fuses. If not, only few components are burnt, it can be repaired. But bad news, many service repairmen only know to change the cards with the new one. Insist them to find a solution WITHOUT change. You can easily find the spares if your machine is younger than 10 years, i also hope if ur machine is insured. |

hi bloke Unfortunately the servo drive for the spindle is totally dead ,so there is no readout on it at all. the loading board at the back has obvious damage on it, and the main board we suspect also has damage. the last time we tried it after replacing a fuse , a capacitor on the load board literally blew appart! a dead short somewhere? so we are at a loss paul |

| this was on ebay now but the last day is tomorow. I was intressted but I need photo before I pay £9090 to ship this to Sweden. Last time I so it was 1 bid and start price was £1500 it a nice price if you can repair machinery itself. I have faund same type in Sweden which makes it a lot easier. But when I asked what was wrong, the answer is a some cable connected incorrectly and spindel and tool changer don't work at all. |
