and communication to PC lost. According to manula - watchdog tripped.
I can't check this controller.
Please help me in:

3 How to repair hardware error
4. And so on...
The PMAC-CPU is ASSY 602405.

I don't know if my PMAC is the same as yours, it looks the same, but here's how I reset my PMAC, apologies in advance if they're not the same, but it's worth a go:

1. Power up.
2. Get into the PMAC executive- on mine I change directory to PMAC and start the executive by typing PE. You should see a blue screen with "Found PMAC at specified address" if you do goto step 8, if it says "No PMAC found continue from step 3 below.
3. Exit PMAC and power down.
4. Locate position E51 on the board- insert a jumper here.
5. Power on and leave for 1 minute, then power down.
6. Remove the jumper at position E51.
7. Goto step 2 above.
8. Type $$$*** and press Enter twice.
9. Type P0..1023=0 and press Enter.
10. Type Q0..1023=0 and press Enter.
11. Type M0..1023->* end press Enter.
12. Type UNDEFINE ALL and press Enter.
13. Type WX:$786,$D,$45 and press Enter
14. Type SAVE and press Enter.
15. Type $$$ and press Enter.
16. Type I3=1 and press Enter.
17. Type I5=3 and press Enter.
18. Type SAVE and press Enter (wait till the cursor moves to the next line down.
19. Exit PMAC (press ESC then Y).

[EDIT]
Pin E51 on mine is located beneath the second blue plug from the left on your picture near the middle of the board.

I've found the PE 1.6 software packet in my Sodick's computer hard drive.
Hence I can now to connect to PMAC2-PC card and make programming.
My Sodick's OS is Windows95. I tried to reinstall PMAC2 driver, but
unfortunatly.
In ControlPanel->NewHardware->OtherDevice I can't found any DeltaTau
driver. Can you help me to send this driver for Windows95/98?
So as I've read the pe32install.pdf, the process of installing hardware
referenced to DeltaTau driver.

Sorry, but my system's even older than yours. I'm running under DOS.

Can't you just run PE.EXE? what does it come up with if you do that?

Anyone else got any ideas?

I start PE 1.6 and try to communicate.
The message no communicate appears.
It looks like Windows doesn't see the card.

My version 1s 1.14, so I don't know if this will help, but can you locate two pins on the board with "E51" written next to it in small white letters?

3. Exit PE and power down.
4. Locate position E51 on the board- insert a jumper here.
5. Power on and leave for 1 minute, then power down.
6. Remove the jumper at position E51.
7. Power up.

Does windows see it now?

In my case it's E3 contacts.
I did you explanes.
Unfortunatly, it couldn't help me.
I suspect it's hardware problem.
Someone told me, the NVRAM live less then 10 years.
But my PMAC2 was build in 1998.

The problem was in PMAC-CPU. It's the small card attached to main PMAC2 card. I found other card, remove old and installed new. The card become working. I'm try to repair old card, looks like the oscilator broken.

I like to upgrade these with new card and new pc so these can be reliable machine again. Any information you have about these machine upgrade will help. Thanks in advance - Surjit
