Panasonic Panadac AC servo motor driver

Hi all,
I'm looking for manual for Servo driver:
Panasonic
Model No: Panadac 326F- 020MSG.

I've tried to search the web but nothing found

I got this driver together with a motor and need some info how to get working this drive and mainly if it is capable of working with step and dir signals for motor control.

Thanks in advance for help.
