Hi to all, This my first post in cnczone. I am having turning machine with sinumerik 840 controller. In this last week one of the servo motor (1FK6063-6AF71-1AG0) got failed. the error message "300607 Axis %1 drive %2 current controller at limit" displayed. After chaning the motor the error goes off. I would like to service this motor myself. The ohmic value between windings and megger values between winding and ground are ok. Encoder side also seems to be ok. Give me some idea to repair this motor. Thanking you in advance. Venkat  |
