Finished my small router and now am ready to buy some drives. There is 2 diferent kinds of motors 2 are the cliffton precision 36v 20a ones that I have seen elsewhere on this site and the z axis is 38.2 volt winding with the following characteristics; torque constant......8.22 oz-in/amp back emf constant....6.08 volts/krpm resistance...........7.3 ohms inductance...........6.35 mH The encoder on this one is a HEDS-5310 726 H with a ribbon type connector to it, the other 2 encoders have 4 wires coming from them not sure on the res. So I need three drives, power supply (would give a shot at making one) and whatever electronics I need to go with. I already have a homebuilt cnc mill with steppers running on cncpro now wanted to try my hand at servo control. Thanks for the HELP!! Greg |
