AC Servoes to work on Mach3

Hi..
I'm new in this CNC and i'm building my first machine. My problem is I have got some Yaskawa AC motors and servoAMP model SGDS-02A01A. As I can understandt the AC servoeamp want 10V indput and mach3 gives stp/dir output. Can see on youtube that people can get it to work but how

Is it possible to buy a card that translate the signal?

Yes have looked in to this, and it looks like he is out of business. There is a another please there are selling boards like those but there coast 95.
But I have spoken to the company there makes my AMP, and I can setup the box to receive puls so will see how that works before I spent money on boards.
