| Hello, I have a Nakamura Lathe that we lost memory on it and had no back-up other than hard-copy from machine tool builder. I know some of the parameters on the sheet are wrong and they had to be changed to get the machine to work properly. I'm down to two issues: 1) when I jog or mpg x I keep getting 411 excess error alarms. I changed lag parameter to allow me to jog x without the error, however, positioning is pathetic. X motor is counter-balanced (slant-table lathe). Machine had no issues before this loss of memory, now X-axis moves much slower and with the alarm. I checked for mechanical binding and checked voltage to be sure brake relay was energized, closing n/o contacts. Is it possible that a parameter or two settings could be the culprit? Thank you for your help. |
