If you can pull up that screen, then it should be simple, the screen looks more like the later systems where the parameters were more explicit, rather than cryptic like the M1,2,3 etc.
What are they presently set to?

What do your parameter screens look like?
Do they have descriptive names like your pic, or just two letter labels?

TC = Time Constant (for what??)
RF = Rapid Traverse
CF = Cutting Feedrate
BL = Backlash
PM = ..????
ZP = ...????
T = Timer Sequence ( I'm using the original values)
D = Data (am I right?)
MC = Machine / Servo Constant (I played with this value but no luck)
P 1-14 = ..??? (Use original values)
P 15-89 = ..??? (fill with 0)
BR = ..????
TP = .. ????
ZF = ... ???
FX = ...???
LP = Loop Gain (I hope right)
LM = Some kind like a axis stroke
PR = .. ????
What are the values in the MC?
Are the Z and X,Y motor mounted to the ballscrew in the same way, or is one motor reversed with respect to the ball screw?

MC 1. (X) 2308

3. (Z) 2504
I've try with Z 2514 (0 change to 1) but still no changes
X and Y motor connected directly through ballscrew not for Z. Just take a look to my pic
How is the Z axis working? Is this a horizontal mill? how is it coupled to the Z axis?
Can you tell if the Z axis motor should revolve in the opposite direction in the + compared to the other two axis?

nope... its a vertical mill. I'm not sure how its coupled to ballscrew. I thought maybe using like rack gear or something, I'm not really sure. I haven't remove it yet.
Everything is normal, Al. Except Z direction. I just want to reverse direction.
Up become down and vice versa.
Evidentally the MC parameter is the one required, I had to phone a Mits Tech with another problem and I asked him, he mentioned that the 2504 did not make sense.
He said the direction is changed by adding or subracting 256 from the MC number.
For eg the current number 2504 would be 2248 or 2760.
But he said to be carefull as the axis may take off.
Did you try 2308? or 2564? Are you sure that the 2504 is not 2564?
The M1,2,&3 is simple,the MC is just 3 bits with the middle bit either a 1 or 0.

is 2308 make sense? As a read on TI parameter description, servo constant value consist of "tau" (1,2,4,8),polarity (1=CW,0=CCW) and Linear Zone (0-3)
I've try 2604, direction was correct but the sound so rough and readout not actual.
I have another contact at Mitsubishi Chacago I can try and get a break down of the MC parameter for this model.
What is the make/model of the machine?
