    Default Electronic gear ratio

    Hello,

    I bought chinese cnc router 1325. It is cheep router with clasic steper motor. I upgrade it with serwo motors i bought recently. I have 750w motors with DELTA ASD A2 servos, and i need to insert correct electronic gear ratio so machine will work.
    From suplier of machine originaly i get this calculation that i just put in nc studio and machine worked good:
    x = 0,01042 mm/pulse
    y = 0,01042 mm/pulse
    z = 0,00625 mm/pulse

    since i changed only motor and machanical things on machine was the same as before, can from this result be calculated electronic gear ratio that i need now?

    Thank you for any help.

    Do you know what the microstepping was set to on the stepper drives you removed?

    Your stepper motors were set to 1600 steps/revolution.

    So if i understand correctly, the P1-44 parameter for delta should be set to 1600, and P2-45 ?http://www.cnczone.com/forums/attach...d=381128&stc=1
