OMRON R88D-UA08V AC servo drive

Hi, is the OMRON R88D-UA08V AC servo drive suitable for driving a Leadshine's 57BL180D brushless DC servo motor?
I'm asking because some time ago I bought a servo kit including the ACS806 AC servo drive from Leadshine but I haven't been able to make it work yet (see this thread for more info).
