Default Tuning with reference to Feed Forward Gains. negative Kfv?

The router I am working on is underdamped along the Y axis. The settling time is way above what I consider acceptable based off of some tests I ran routing lines. The Y axis is controlled by two servos, Y and V. I'm planning on tuning it from new settings next week on a maintenance day.

I am curious as to why the current K fv would be set to a negative number. Attached is what all of the current settings are.
