I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the ClearPath product and in Teknic's customer service. I would be happy to speak to you at any time, please just call the main office. You placed your order recently and you have 90 days to test the product on your machine. If you feel that the product simply is not for you, you can receive 100% of your money back by returning the product. I hope you give it a try because I think you will be pleasantly surprised. However, you are not stuck with the product if it is truly not what you want.
