Heidenhain UM115d do not want to start ??

Hello!
Does anybody has manual for Heidenhain UM115d driver (which do not want to start) Led "Ready" ==OFF ?
I got two red diodes lighted up on that driver, indicating an error,
I send you photo which indicates the LED status of the UM115d and UVR1600w

No , no phase missing (presence of 3 phases)
