Don't see a 66, but a 71 is a overload
The motor was running for several
seconds to several tens of
seconds under a torque largely
exceeding ratings.
Sounds like you have a mechanical problem to me.
Hello. I am using Yaskawa Servopack SGDH 04AE ver. 3AA44 and a Yaskawa AC servo motor SGMAH - 04AAF41. I keep getting error code on my servopack. One being A.71 and the other being 66. It is causing my cnc plasma table to stop in mid cuts or not even start up. The gantry will move all the way down the table but most of the times when the touch goes to move along the Y-axis it will hard stop, making a sound like something locked up, and give me one of those errors on the my servopacks. Any help would be awesome.

BTW, you can get free manuals and software on Yaskawas web site. Sigma Win is free software for your laptop to troubleshoot these drives.

The 66 is the no power to the servo motor, you will always see this on startup, you get 66 then it will change to Run,if everything checks out ok, when you see the Run you have power to the motor, the 66 you are seeing may be from the A71 Motor overload alarm, it is trying to protect the servo drive

in fact ''66'' is ''bb'' base bloc
