Well I can only go on the files you posted.

When I changed it to Red/Green Flashing it worked as it should.

Flashed between the two states and turned on and off with the button.

ok i have added the offline button and now it work as it should dont know why on your installation it did not need it but as long as i can get it to work thanx for all your help, ill post back on my progress and if i have other question in this thread as i go.

do you know if there is another screen design software in the work, there are alot of option that would make screen design faster and easyer .

There was a program called JetCam that was being developed but was discontinued unfortunately.

Then there is the option of going down the flash route. Bit too complicated for me.

Artsoft have said they have no plans to upgrade Screen4 (often called Scream4 )

It is definitely flakey but does get the job done. Most difficulties diminish if you use a large enough monitor that scroll bars are not needed.
