Mach3 screen set

I just finished a new (and my first) 1024x768 screen set for Mach3.

Here is the preview:

You can unzip it to the mach3 folder safely since it uses its own
bitmaps, the default ones aren't touched.

The set is based on the default set but I added the following to the
main screen:

Added a MDI input line
Added an unit selection box
Added a G53 X0 Y0 Z0 button to move to the absolute zero coordinates
Added a Z setting area with jog buttons and feed % for this movement.
Removed 4th Axis DRO
Removed Spindle Speed section

I tried my best to respect the look and feel of the original set.
