| Dust Collector Grounding I have a new 1-1/2 HP dust collector. I have read many points of view on the need for grounding. If you have a dust collector, do you have it grounded to prevent static? If not please explain your reasons for not doing so. Thanks Jim |

| The dust collector itself should be grounded through the plug. The only time I really see talk of grounding, is when PVC pipe is used for ductwork.
