| I don't know id this is applicable to your machine.......but someone drove a forklift over our safety mats on our Holz-Her and ruined them. While we waited for the replacements, I was able to jumper the connectors so the machine would operate. Ours just acted like a switch. If it was my router, I would have kept the $4000.00 and left them jumpered. |

| Under the metal channel that runs around the perimeter of the mats......you will find the connections. Ours were on the machines side of the mats. They were just plain spade connectors. I think I just removed the mat from the circuit and connected the spades that went to the mat together. Its been a while. You could use a meter and determine if the mat is working by comparing resistance with the other mats. I do remember that it was surprisingly simple. I think they operated like a normally closed switch. Hope this helps. |
