Hi Darren, sorry we lost the login ID for long time, did you get any solution from Roctech support?
Hi hoping you can help. we have a Roctech RC 1240SA and have noticed the oil level in attached picture slowly dropping. our Maintanence man seems to think it may be gear from the "A" Axis. Is there an area that we can refill this as we don't want it to run dry ?
We cant get to the top without pulling the top covers of and the only exposed surface is the underside which seems to have a slight leak
We would appreciate any help ASAP as we would not want it run dry and cause any down time.
