Rhino is only for drawing/designing your part(s). It will not output the G-code needed to run your machine. You will need CAM software for that. Rhino, I guess would be considered CAD (computer aided drawing or drafting).

There are several tutorals for using Rhino for CAD work. There are even a couple encluded when it installs. You could probably find seveal more just by doing a google search.

Rhino tutor to g-code to CNC.

what I meant is work flow from rhino, cadcam, gcode.
maybe sample from rhino and convert file to gcode.
is there any tricks when doing gcode ?
what about 4 axis or 5 axis ? how you set the 4 or 5 axis to cut ?

sample would be enough for me to learn.
i hope someone put that on url

I don't know if this helps...

RhinoCam has VisualMill basic built into Rhino. There is a video tutorial here:
http://www.rhino3d.tv/RhinoCAM/RhinoCAM.htm
It only does 3-axis as far as I know.

Otherwise, I would search for the Cam software that you wish to use first (4 or 5 axis) and see what tutorials they offer. Rhino will output a file just like any other CAD program.

My workflow would probably look like this:
1. Model in Rhino3d. Save with the appropriate extension (.dxf, .stl, etc.)
2. Import into your CAM software (I use SheetCam and MeshCam, for example). This creates the necessary toolpaths and G-code depending on your machine. Save as a text file (.nc, .tap, etc.).
3. Import into your controlling software (Mach2).
4. Cut your material.

There are of course many variations to this depending on the software packages you choose.
