HI, Ive tried the demo version and picked it up OK. I found that it was alot easyer than Auotcad 2000. I found Rhino,Flamingo,Penguin,Bongo as a package deal for $1099.00 at www.Novedge.com. Is this a good Price? Will I get the same support as if I bought it from Rhino? This is just a hobby, so this is alot for me. Thanks Mark

| Not bad LOL. But if you are a student you get Rhino for $195. I am taking a machine class that cost me $270. I bought Rhino for $195. If you do the math, it is cheeper to "become a student". I just recieved mine today. Now I have to learn CAD |

| crow do you plan on doing any machining with this package? If so I would call Mecsoft and bugger them intoletting you get in on the Rhinocam deal they just closed this first day of Feb. Rhino 3 and visualmill 5 basic in a co-operating system. I believe it was $995 but you would probably have to beg to get that price now. I have Flamingo and I have never turned it on. I wish I had no gotton it because I can do everything I currently need to do in rhino.Mike http://www.ob.com/ this company has the same price as you quoted and the seem to offer good support......but you can get really good support on the Rhino newsgroup.

| I have purchased Rhino from www.ob.com many times for our company. I have not been disapointed. I purchased a UG to Rhino translator from Novedge and that went well too. Dan

| Yes. I will eventully do some cnc work with it. r/c wings and small parts for now. that is if I get my cnc router going. I have a lathe now but not converted for cnc and I saw some nice milling machines on e-bay. I really dont know what the other stuff do but I'm a sucker for package deals, what can I say. I
