    How to make continuous polyline?

when I use the "join" command in rhino then export as dxf, the entities are still individual curves and lines. I need to be able to export one continuous polyline, how to do this???

I tried "make periodic" but this changes the geometry

    Please help, thanks

Don't have Rhino in front of me, but it may be in the .dxf export options?
