There are many libraries with 2D and 3D object files that can be imported into Rhino. For hardware Reid Tool has a good one. The Solid Works site has a huge one with many sections.
Hello All,
AutoSketch 5 has "Symbol Libraries" full of things like electronics components, architectural elements, bolts, screws, etc., also the ability to create symbols and libraries. So when needed, you can pick a symbol to drop into a project.
Is there anything similar in Rhino?
I've only recently become the proud owner of Rhino... nice... challenging.
Thanks,
Curtis

Alright... I see. So these objects are essentially stand-alone files one imports or exports, and would probably organize on his or her hard drive if desired?
Thanks for the nudge, it seems pretty obvious now.
