How To Trace A Bitmap Or Image!!!!

i am having troubles tracing images. i have insterted a bitmap of the picture i want and all i want to do is trace it NOT PUT IT TO 3D. and when i try to trace it w/ curves and ines i cant make it look like the actual image in the end. is there a command in rhino to trace the image.
