Is there a shortcut for this???

Hello,

I'm new to CAD programs and was wondering if someone could give me some direction please?

I'm using Rhino Version 3.0, and I have an object drawn, kind of an odd shaped circle. I drew it with points and then connected the points with a line. I have things drawn inside the circle, and those are fine, I don't want to mess with those. I do however want to set outside of my circle and create another circle with exactly the same curvature as the inside circle and I want it to be spaced .34375 inches from the inside all the way around.

Rather than having to replot all of these points and drawn the circle again, is there a simple way to tell Rhino to duplicate this object except .34375 inches larger?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

That worked great, did exactly what I wanted.

Is there a command to flip my drawing upside down on the horizontal plan? So I can draw on the bottom side of it?

Use the rotate function... Choose the view port by holding the pointer in it... You can then use 0 for the center of rotation.. then type 180 to flip it.. re orient it to where you want it in SPACE...

You use the rotate 3d for more complex rotations...

Couldn't you just go to the bottom view (! SetView World Bottom), set your Cplane ('CPlane World Bottom) and start modelling? That way you don't need to move your actual model out of position.
