Ordering Rhino 4

There was a link posted recently on this forum bringing you to a new outlet which had Rhino 4 for sale. I followed the link & emailed the guy about purchasing the software. There has been no response. It has been 4 business days.

I did the same in emailing Bob McNeel and it has been about the same amount of time, still no response. Seems like pretty crappy service, trying to give them business. .

while their main site seems to let you order it, I didn't see an option to get the educational version, and at the same time there was no response from anybody supposedly in charge of this stuff. Why does this not seem normal?

Robert posts here in the Rhino forum quite often. He has some of the best prices for Rhino and related software around and is a great guy to deal with.

I assure you if you contacted him and he hasn't answered in 4 days something is bad wrong.

Robert Schutz is an outstanding guy and a Rhino expert. His website is full of outstanding tutorials and also offers online courses, plus his prices are hard to beat.

I purchased my Rhino, upgrades and Madcam from him. And when I have emailed him for help, he has replied promptly. Even on weekends.

Good stuff, is that version of student Mad Cam also legal to use commercially, once you're done school?

madCAM is following the Rhino 3D student model.
Yes your student madCAM is legal to use commercially, once your finished with school.

You can only upgrade your madCAM at the student upgrade price, if you are still a student.
If you are no longer a student, you need to pay the commercial upgrade price.
