Rhino_Tools_Options Defaults?

Ok, I'm trying to set up Rhino. There are items under Document Properties and Rhino Options that I want to be defaulted to every time I open Rhino or start a new file. This is for Madcam, btw.

I have it defaulted to inches but I have to go in every session and change the mesh & units items. How can I make these changes once and become the default every time I start up?

Chris,
1) Open Rhino and change settings.
2) Save as template and make it as default each time starting a new drawing.

Joakim, thanks! That was too simple. I kept looking under "defaults" but not templates.
