Looking some someone to 3D Scan a shift Collar i have and to replicate it if possible, wondering how much a project like that will cost to scan it and produce a piece

I just need the outer collar redone
And then the dude puts up pictures of a half dozen parts with no scale visible. And says "outer collar", which i guess means the outer planetary gear.

It looks like you need the synchromesh clutch rings, these are forged then machined, some are cast, they are made from aluminum bronze & other engineered bronze material
They have to be correctly made, or they will not work, a worn out one would be no good to copy
It would be much cheaper to buy them if you can find them
