RFQ: Small Steel Flange

I need this flange quoted in a qty of 15 and 30. I have attached a rendering, which should be adequate to get an idea of cost. I will supply the drawing once job is awarded.

It needs to be machined out of 1/2 in thick steel. The holes are tapped m10x1.5. This is not a very critical part, the lower the cost, the better.
