    RFQ Profile routing & more

I'm looking for someone to rout or mill a profile on a part. The part will be made from cast acrylic I would supply the red blank that needs to have the profile milled onto it. There is also an interesting feature to this part. The I.D. will have a round hole to start but then needs to have a square hole that needs to match up with the square pocket in the face of the milled profile. I do not have any prints for this as of yet it needs to be reverse engineered and measured so the profile can be duplicated exactly. This is not a knife as most people think but rather a reed holder for a duck call. Initial quantity will just be a prototype probably 5 or 10 pcs. Customer will order in 100-200 pc lot sizes once prototypes are proved out.

Please contact me with any questions.
