    RFQ, VERY LARGE "LONG" MILLING/DRILLING

Looking for a shop that can handle this project. Tool steel, aprox. 3/4" thick x 4" wide by 16ft long. 6-parts, requiring precision milling, drilling, and heat treating. Interested parties contact me and I will email dwgs. Thanks, Herman

You may want to list your location so someone local can respond. If my quick math is correct your parts are going to weigh 1/2 ton for the lot.

Just found out, parts can be made out of 4140 pre-hard on the rails, and regular 4140 annealed on the carrier, so heat treating is not required.
